OCEANPACK flow-through underway pCO2 System OCEANPACK are mobile and flexible pCO2 measuring systems. This family of Analyzers was developed for Scientific and High presion Climate change Monitoring under rough conditions. The Application range varies from small boats and buoys up to typical underway ship systems.

1.pCO2 Top-Box
The Top-Box™ is equipped with a LI-COR 7200 analyzer for scientific use to measure Air- CO2. The
analyzer is ready installed and configured. Box™ is rugged and easy to maintain. It has been used
successfully in extremely rough seas and in Arctic temperatures of up to -40°C.

2.OceanPack flow-through underway pCO2 System
The OceanPack™ Underway System measures pCO2 in water offshore on ships.Model MK-2: specially
adapted LI-COR CO2 analyzers are already installed and configured in the racks and can get equipped
for scientific use easily .A water system containing filter, pump, debubbler and quick release fastener is
provided as well. Probe heads like dissolved oxygen or thermosalinograph (TSG) are optional. A data
logger with quick-look touch-screen allows the connection to external probe heads or a Top-Box™. This
Top-Box™ can contain an Air-CO2 analyzer, GPS or meteorological sensors.
The OceanPack™ Underway system is built sturdy and is easy to maintain. The Flat-Membrane Silicone-
Equilibrator (patented) can be run under extreme conditions and works without difficulties even in
rough seas.Leading scientists from NIOZ, AWI, GEOMAR and IFREMER attended the development of the
OceanPack™.

3. pCO2 Analyser
The OceanPack™ pCO2 analyzer was developed as a high-end analyzer for precise measurements under
rough sea conditions. It is very small and easy to maintain.
LI-COR® produces CO2 analyzers for SubCtech, which are built in the MK2 exclusively for scientific
demand. The analyzers are pre-installed and configured for the user. The auto-calibration allows long-
term operations.
The OceanPack™ MK2 Lab-Analyzer is built sturdy and is easy to maintain. The Flat-Silicone-Equilibrator
can be run under all conditions meaning there are no difficulties in using it on ships or vehicles.

4.pCO2 Subsea
The OceanPack™ pCO2 Subsea Analyzer was developed for precise measurements in the deep sea. It is
very small and easy to handle. It can be applied on stationary monitoring stations or equipment racks
like a Profiler, ROV or AUV.
LI-COR® CO2 analyzers are pre-installed and configured for the user. The auto-calibration allows long-
term operations.The Flat-Silicone-Equilibrator can be run under extreme conditions and even in rough
seas difficulties do not occur.

5. pCO2 mobile Lab
The OceanPack™ pCO2 mobile analyzer was developed to be a real mobile analyzer
for precise measurements under difficult conditions. It is a small and handy
measurement system with its inbuilt touchscreen for easy data presentation and the
data logger.
